Shipping Policy

Each vendor on Matri’D Marketplace is responsible for fulfilling and shipping their own products.

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery timelines are set by the individual vendor and displayed at checkout.

Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped, when available.

Matri’D Marketplace does not directly ship products unless otherwise stated on a specific listing.

International shipping availability depends on each vendor’s policies and location.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring packages are properly packed and shipped to prevent damage.

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should contact the vendor directly through the marketplace messaging system.

Matri’D Marketplace may assist in resolving shipping disputes when necessary but is not liable for carrier delays once items have shipped.

Local pickup options, if offered, will be clearly noted on the product listing.

Vendors are required to communicate clearly with customers regarding shipping questions within 24–48 hours.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by each vendor and must be clearly stated on the product listing prior to purchase.

Unless otherwise noted, refund requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Digital products, custom-made items, and final-sale products are generally non-refundable unless defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the vendor has received and inspected the returned item.

Processing times may vary depending on the vendor and payment provider.

If a vendor does not respond to a valid refund request within a reasonable timeframe, Matri’D Marketplace reserves the right to intervene and assist with resolution.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be canceled only before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and the return policy will apply instead.

Custom-made, personalized, or digital items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.

Each vendor is responsible for clearly stating their return and exchange terms on their product listings.

Unless otherwise noted, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery.
