Welcome to The Matri’D Marketplace (“Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by The Matri’D LLC. These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern participation as a seller on our multi-vendor platform.
By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with all policies, platform rules, and applicable laws.
1. Vendor Eligibility
To sell on The Matri’D Marketplace, vendors must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Operate a lawful business
• Provide a valid EIN or business registration
• Submit any required licenses or certifications
• Maintain accurate profile information
We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or remove vendors at our discretion.
2. Vendor Approval
All vendors are subject to manual approval before listing products.
Approval does not guarantee ongoing participation. Violations may result in suspension or removal.
3. Products & Listings
Vendors are responsible for:
• Accurate product descriptions
• Legal compliance of items sold
• Pricing and inventory
• Photos and branding
• Shipping timelines
Prohibited items include illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, or misleading products.
4. Commissions & Fees
The Matri’D Marketplace collects an 8% commission on each completed sale unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
Payment processing fees may apply.
Commission rates may change with written notice.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
Vendors will receive payouts according to Marketplace withdrawal schedules.
Vendors must provide valid banking or payout information.
The Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect vendor details.
6. Shipping Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
• Packaging and fulfillment
• Tracking numbers
• Carrier selection
• Customer communication
• Lost or damaged packages
All shipping policies must be clearly posted in vendor stores.
7. Refunds, Returns & Disputes
Each vendor must honor their stated refund policy.
The Marketplace may intervene in disputes to protect customers.
Refunds issued may impact vendor payouts.
Fraudulent activity will result in termination.
8. Customer Service Standards
Vendors must respond to customers within 48 hours.
Repeated complaints may result in account review.
9. Taxes & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for:
• Collecting and remitting taxes
• Reporting income
• Compliance with local, state, and federal laws
The Marketplace does not provide tax advice.
10. Intellectual Property
Vendors must own or have rights to all content uploaded.
Counterfeit goods are prohibited.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:
• Policy violations
• Fraud
• Misrepresentation
• Abuse of the platform
Outstanding balances may be withheld during investigation.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Marketplace is not responsible for vendor product quality, shipping errors, or disputes beyond facilitation.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
