Orders may be canceled only before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer guaranteed and the return policy will apply instead.
Custom-made, personalized, or digital items may not be eligible for cancellation once processing begins.
Each vendor is responsible for clearly stating their return and exchange terms on their product listings.
Unless otherwise noted, return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and vendor approval.
If an exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead.
Digital products and final-sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
Vendors must respond to customer requests within 24–48 hours.
Matri’D Marketplace reserves the right to mediate disputes and step in if a vendor fails to respond or act in good faith.
